Tomatoes grown in Campania in southern Italy that taste fresh and that are prepared with vine-ripened eggplant and basil.This  delicious tomato sauce containing bits of eggplant and sweet basil is rich with flavor. Traditionally served with Penne, this sauce can be served over any pasta shape.
