Featuring Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Fine Balsamic Vinegars

Strawberry Salad with Parmesan and pecans 

1- Cup Fresh Strawberries,sliced

Shaved Parmesan Cheese

1- Bunch Fresh Watercress

1- Bunch Fresh Spinach

Cucumbers, sliced thin

1/2 Cup Raw Pecans, no salt

Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Sorrento Extra Virgin Lemon Oil

2 - tablespoon honey or agave

Crumbled Gorgonzola, (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste



  1. Combine the spinach, strawberries, Gorgonzola cheese, and pecans in a large bowl.

  2. Stir the balsamic vinegar and honey together in a bowl; slowly stream the olive oil into the mixture while whisking continuously. Add shaved parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
