Olive Essentials currently ships throughout the 50 United States from our New Jersey location. 

A physical addresses is required for logistical reasons.

How We Ship

We ship to all 50 United States using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Orders typically ship out within 3-5  business days from the time the order was placed.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost important to us. However, we don't accept returns on opened product. If you are dissatisfied with your item please contact us within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to discuss. Should a return be approved, all products MUST be returned in the original packaging, unopened and with seals intact. Customer pays for all return shipping fees.

For orders placed in error, a restocking fee of $10.95 will be charged to exchange the product (or $5.95 for one bottle orders).

DAMAGED PRODUCT

For product that has been damaged during transit, please provide a photo and description of the damage and email us at info@olivessentialscom and your product will be replaced immediately.
